This is my first adventure into the word of blogging, so I thought I'd start out with a little bit of info about myself, and why I started this blog!
I am 27, and recently married to my husband Rob. We are Mr. and Mrs. Ruf (hence the blog title)
I work in sales, and Rob works in IT here in the Twin Cities. We are currently living in a townhouse with our dog Lola...but as of today we are NEW HOMEOWNERS! Which leads me to why I've started this blog.
Rob and I are pretty good with money, and have been saving all of our pennies to afford what we would say is our "dream house." It is finally ours, but it is by no means brand new. There is a lot of work to be done, and a budget to stick to!
So - this blog is going to be about our adventures in homeownership, DIY projects, and decor on a budget!
I hope you enjoy and can use our ideas to to inspire some creativity in your own homes!
